Well mate, I weigh in at 136 lbs and I have a swimmer's body...so things may be different. But I would think your body is adjusting to the weight you are lifting by thickening your core. So it may be a bit tricky to go against what's natural. From experience and training..and reading, if you go for repitions instead of heavyness...you will become more toned instead of bulky. Try something like 300lbs 40x. Also, work into your routine an ab workout. I find the best thing to do...is keep your body guessing. Don't spend all your time on your arms or legs or whatever...switch it up and fast. Work on agility...because a man of your stature..if you had your brawn and you were agile. You'd be one heck of a bloke. Well, that's all I've got mate. Ta

Here is what helped me in a few months:

1. Suck your gut in as far as possible and hold it there as an exercise. (Vaccum)

2. Suck your gut in during ab work. Reeducate your abs to work in a smaller circumference.

3. As you know, your abs work alot in strongman movements, dead lift, squat, etc. Try to train them to provide the core stability you need with your gut pulled in a bit. I started doing this with very light deadlifts and sand bag carries.

4. Hold your gut in as often as possible, when sitting, walking, etc. Changing your posture somewhat can help with this.

5. My personal observation is that some people put on fat and don't jiggle much because it may be more intramuscular. It is like "marbling" in steak.

Hi !!!

With self control and determination!!!! Look at it this way if you feel so manly, for somethings you do in life, you should feel very manly to take yourself seriously and exercise, walk, and start eating much healthier.

Think about it, if you don't do it and keep eating and neglecting
yourself, like that pretty soon you'll be like if you are dead, but still being alive!!!

Because you would NOT have any energy and the emotional
and mental state, that you will be in will keep you, sitting down or lying down in bed. Thinking about everything you want to do!!!!

Is your body, take control of it!!!

GOD BLESS YOU & HAPPY LIFE
