I keep trying to mail a package to a PO Box, and it keeps coming back saying they cannot deliver to a PO Box. I have tried air parcel post and USPS Global Express Mail and have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get it there. Can anyone help?

Shouldn't be a problem sending to a PO Box address - lots of businesses and individuals use them. Often a building that has several companies in it will have a box number for each company.

If you can't get round the problem then use Poste Restante instead - you mail your package to the addressee at a Post Office address. The Post Office will then hold on to the package until it's collected. You'll need to clearly mark the package with 'Poste Restante' or 'To Be Called For' and the person collecting the parcel will need to take ID with them. The service is free. Check with the post office but I think you should be able to send it regular airmail. Else have your friend over there give you a physical address.
