It sounds like the cat is pretty miserable being around your two little sisters, and although you love your cat very much, she deserves a GOOD home where she doesn't have to be scared as much.
Going to your grandma's really sounds like it's a good plan.

You need to do the right thing for the cat. Right now the kitty is really freaked out and upset. Cats are very sensitive to screaming. Their hearing is much better than ours.
Your mom is also upset. Not only does she have two little girls who scream a lot, she has cat urine and cat litter all over the place.
The only way I think the kitty could stay with you is if you told your mom you will take total responsibility for the cat and any messes it makes. The litter box goes in your room and you will clean it. Keep the cat away from screaming as much as possible.
I actually think the kitty might be happier at grandmas house. Cats need peace and quiet. A cat that is scared enough to pee wherever it is - is extremely frightened. It is a sign of panic. This is a chance for you to do the unselfish thing and put the cat first. Good luck.

I know it seems difficult for you to consider not having your pet anymore, but it is very difficult to have a pet with young children who may love the pet but don't know yet how to behave with a pet.
My cats used to get litter around the litter box and then I bought a deeper one for them to use that also had a lid to it so that helped out a lot.
Sometimes when cats pee outside of their litter box they can have a medical condition. (urinary tract infections are common in cats-they sell special food for urinary tract health-also ALWAYS make sure your cat has plenty of FRESH water, which means dump out the old and fill up with new)
You don't mention how often the litter box is cleaned, but certain cats will not go in a litter box that isn't relatively clean, which means scooping at least once a day and changing the litter every few days.
I have also know of cats who stopped peeing once they were spayed or fixed.
Also, once a cat pees somewhere, their scent is there, so be sure to clean it up extremely well or the cat will think it is ok to pee where their scent already is.
I hope you can talk to your mom about the problem and come up with a way you can keep your pet. Maybe once your sisters are a bit older, they will know how to treat the cat nicely and you can get her back from your grandmother.
You want your cat to be happy and if your sisters are truly tormenting her, she may be better off in a home without them. I am thankful your grandmother is willing to take the cat since you love her so much and you will be able to visit.
Good Luck.

Find another place for the litter box and promise that you will clean it out every day. Also that you will take responsibility for feeding and watering her. See if that makes a difference.
Do your sisters love the cat as much as you do? Maybe they would be willing to calm down around her so she doesn't get scared and pee. Otherwise, maybe it's best thhat she lives with your grandma.

Play a guilt trip on your sisters and try to get them to behave because they are scaring your cat. Cry around your mom a lot and find a new place for kitties cat litter. You could say that if the cat goes so do I...LOL.

Your cat might be a lot happier with your grandma. It seems like your little sisters' are really putting the cat under stress. It is not a good situation for a cat with her personality.
You can visit her, can't you? Too bad you cannot get rid of the little sisters.

i know its not fair, but its not fair to your cat what your sisters do.maybe the cat would be better off at your grandmas house and you can visit.even tho i feel your mother should control your sisters and make them stop.and maybe find another spot for the litter box .they sell them with tops.that stops most of the litter from coming out.

Volunteer and be sure to follow through!!
Offer to be the ONE responsible for cleaning up after the cat and do it fast and often. Take the burden off your Mom, she has children to care for, the cat is unnecessary.
Show more attention to the cat, so your sisters can't get to it so easy and your job should be easier.
Good Luck!
