I have seen the illogical consequences of this religion twist the mind of an entire society until nothing was left but control over the masses using fear, no logic, cruelty and absolutely no sense. Do not speak to me about the "peace" of Islam - I've seen what it does.

I think that a person who converted to another faith will have a negative outlook on the religion which is.. most likely the reason why they converted out of islam.
Many people practice islam in their own ways, and analyze it the way they want to, thats where the fundamentalists , and the crazy people who claim to be muslim come in. But let me tell you, anyone who commits crimes against God,themselves or others has no business in the religion of islam, we are all about peace and helping others and being productive.

I think there are extremist in every faith. Islam is no different, and this often gives muslims a bad wrap. In extreme Islam it has been documented that if you rescind your faith, you will die. I don't think thats true in our little mosques here in Texas though.

Im muslim, and it's hard to practice this peaceful religion, when everyone around is saying bad things about it without even knowing it.

063.003 That is because they believed, then they rejected Faith: So a seal was set on their hearts: therefore they understand not.

004.137 Those who believe, then reject faith, then believe (again) and (again) reject faith, and go on increasing in Unbelief,- God will not forgive them nor guide them on the way. (QURAN)
