I dont know why you not proposing to him, when you know that he also loves you. If you dont want to loss him then go and told him that you loves him. Dont feel hesitate in this, it doesn't matter that what he feels for you, this is enough that you loves him. I also have a relationship with someone, I love her so much but she don't.
