the use of metals on art work...in ancient times they used it as a means to protect the images of icons from weather conditions..

It's if someone makes something out of foil,people will think it's art and call it "foil art"

Its when you put pieces of hard foil together and make sculptures. I've heard of an artist named Don Drumm and he made these really good peices of art.
