All the dancing in the streets by the terrorists and insurgents in Iraq after the Dems forced a bill through stating they feel the American military will fail?
Believe me, they are loving it.
And right now, the Democrats hope America fails in Iraq as much as the terrorists do. If this surge is a victory, it will make them look like fools.

I am very sick of watching the news and listening about how many us soldier have died over there. Its a mistake that we are there to begin with. Our troops need to come home!!!
I don't think we can help iraq, if all the ppl there don't want our help. I don't think their own gov is trying hard enough. Its a battle that can't be won.

Victory? Win what your not fighting Bro, they are fighting a religious war, which in my opinion is much different than fight over land or territory. Weather you realize it or not when you say, like President Bush did that we are going to have a crusade. Well then you have a much different problem. Ideologies that differ, and the fact that we are not an Empire are big factors. I don't believe the Democrats want us to loose, because we are already loosing big time. Twenty thousand injured troops, and more than three thousand dead soldiers. Any time you say your going to commit twenty plus thousand troops to a city like Baghdad having said mission accomplished five years ago, well as a leader of the Republican Party you have a big problem. One you don't know what your doing, and two you just the son of a very rich man who thought he owned the world. You see it takes more than money to be President, George. But you just keep on wishen, and throwen money at the problem....2008 I can't wait. Your surge is a little late. Its more like a dribble now. Thanks Rummy, thanks George!Hell of a country. Oh but if it's a victory they are going to turn the whole thing around to make it be them that succeeded and brought our country victory! They still don't get the message from the victory dance they are doing over there, it's so incrediable and these same people want to run our country!

I just read that a unit of the Iraqi Army just took over a section of the Al Anbar province. It doesn't seem that victory is impossible on this side of the ocean.
