how do i create a filter system that can make the dirty gases coming out frm the chimney or car exhaust clean?

i have this important assignment that i need to complete. i need to make the model of the system i'm inventing. as u know, cars exhaust and chimneys release dirty gases into the air. how can i treat the harmful gases in it before releasing only the harmless and clean gases to the environment? wad organisms do i use to treat the harmful pollutants? how can i build the structure of my model? wad are the procedres? note: model does is only for show. no need to be the real thing.

Car - can not really help you other than the installation of a post filtration system downstream of the muffler. About the only thing I can think of to totally scrub the exhaust would be some kind of a carbon filter (you did not specify what your emissions were). Carbon will filter them to zero. But, you will be replacing carbon quite often and you may need to install a secondary blower on the car to push the exhaust through your filter.

Chimneys: there are several ways to treat stacks (assuming you mean industrial, not residential). Scrubbers, filtration systems or other post treatment devices can be used.
