Whatever you use, DO NOT use alcohol. This can break the tiny capillaries in your face and then you'll have a much worse problem. I'm sure you don't want little red spider vessels running all over your face. There are so many good products on the market now days. I'd use a name brand mask followed by a cool water rinse and a product containing a large amount of witch hazel. You could also try steaming your face once a week before you treat it ...either using a face steamer or drape a towel over your head and bend down over a sink filled with the hottest water. This will temporarily open pores and make them appear larger but opening them will help cleanse them. This is best done before bedtime and not the day before a big event.
The fine powdery mineral makeups are a good cover up for large pores.

unfortunately, one cannot reduce the appearance of pores even though advertisers of beauty products tell us they can ... it is a generic thing.
continue to follow a good cleansing / moisturizing routine and apply your make-up lightly. More than likely it is only you that notices the pores and others do not!

sadly the size of pores is genetic. you can put cold water and special face products all you like but soon as you stop using it the pores rreturn back to their size. all i can tell you is that gunk builds up in pores stretching them bigger so clean and take care of your pores!

Clarins and Clinique do products which help with this. Clinique to a serum especially for pore minimizing.. pop into your local department store and they will give you a quick demo and sample to take away to prove to you that they do actually work. Clinique is better than Clarins on their pore minimiser range. give it a go, what ya got to lose? its not that expensive.

Try using witch hazel on your pores, regular toners have too much alcohol in it, and it will dry your skin out.

well i have two solutions, but the first ones really expensive, you can ask your dermatologist for a microdermabrasion treatment which costs $100-$250 for a session, and you get one session per month as long as you need it, but im pretty sure you can by microdermabrasion home kits at most drug stores that are a lot cheaper

try using a toner...it might make your face feel a lil tight, but it will make your pores smaller...anyways, no one really notices pores anyways
