Sola fide is not a Christian concept. It is an unbiblical modern tradition of men that no apostle ever heard of, nor did any Christian on earth ever hear of it until a few hundred years ago. It's inventor was Martin Luther. The source of true Christian teaching was Jesus Christ.

You mean "sola fide"? Or faith in the bottoms of shoes?
Seriously though, it depends on what sect you ask. They're all divided on the "faith vs. works" thing.
