Our son is four and usually eats what we eat. At two, you still have a great influence on developing your daughter's preference for which foods she'll like when she gets older, like four! Two year olds usually are very busy little people who don't want to sit still long to eat. I'd put out trays of healthy snacks through the day (ice cube trays work well). Put things like raisins, cheese cut into cubes, carrots/celery cut in a way that she won't choke on them, some crackers, etc. For mealtime, just give her a little of what you eat - chicken, rice, whatever.
Some of our son's favorite foods are broccoli and cucumbers! Don't know where he developed that taste from since I can't stand either and force myself to eat them. But as long as he's into it, I make sure to keep that fire gong by providiing those foods to him often...
Hope this help!

Well your kids can eat whatever you eat as long as you try to keep healthy foods in there also! My daughter is very picky she won't eat usually whatever we eat.
So we do have to make snacks up for her. I actually did not know what I could get her to eat for breakfast but I went to all food stores and looked at all the graduate meals and ceral! My daughter would not eat them either. So I just tried to find stuff she would eat experience each day. She does like scrambled eggs and a few other things for breakfast. She usually gets a pear or apple between breakfast and dinner. You just need to remember your food groups and what children their age need in food and just make snacks up from those. If they don't like it then try something else.
I just make sure my daughter doesn't eat junk food all the time. But it's hard for us because she is switched back and fourth to her bio mom every other weekend then she gets mcdonalds and any fast food there! Just used your best of judgement go to the library or look up on the computer as far as snacks for 2 year olds but always look for healthy at this time of age! Good Luck to you and God Bless!

you can more less prepare anything she has teeth right?just use your judgement and sit with her while she eats ,cut up the foods small try things like macaroni they have holes in the middle so she is less likely to choke so that should help you break in to the whole feeding fear. grilled cheese, just try to limit foods with high sodium try fruit and vegetables, things of that sort try to give her some finger foods she might enjoy doing it herself..good luck she will be okay

The same things you eat but cut up so the food can easily fit into her mouth.
