Every puppy will do this - that's what they do when they're exploring. Don't let her make mistakes by picking up all of your things, and giving her dog chew toys to play with. Remember that trying to punish her for this will just make her chew things she shouldn't when you're not around.

This is not the anser you were looing for I am sure but here it is. Every thing on the floor that she can not chew on must be put up the only thing on the floor should be approite toys for her. If you do catch her with an inapproite (stolen) item simply take it form her and replace it with something she can have.

When she takes something she shouldn't have take it off of her, twap her little nose carefully (since she's small) and replace it with something she's allowed to chew on (like a little chew toy). Another helpful thing is to keep things you don't want her to have OFF the floor.
