Jamaican Jerk Chicken. if you have chicken, and a lot of other ingredients. if all you have is a habanero chili, you could dry it, I guess, and use it when you get some other ingredients. or you could just be hardcore and eat it by itself. I've tried it before, 10 minutes of drinking straight from the tap. it's painful, man.

Make habanero chicken diablo.
Group 1
Three habaneros.
1/2 an onion chopped
Three garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp white (or black) pepper
5-6 chipotles
pinch salt
1 1/2 cups chicken stock or water
Group 2
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
3 chicken breasts
Bring stock or water to a boil. Add the ingredients of group 1 to the water, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook the mixture until it has reduced about half. Reduce heat to low. Let sit 5 minutes; add lime juice and cilantro, stir. Separate in to two halves.
Grill chicken breasts, using 1/2 the sauce as a marinade/basting sauce. When chicken is thoroughly cooked, plate up and pour remaining sauce on top. Serve with rice, beans and fresh tortillas.

3 tomatillas, diced
1 tomato, diced
1-2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. taco seasoning
Mash avocados. Add peppers, tomatilla, tomato, garlic and lime juice. Mix well. Add dry seasonings. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with chips or over chicken or fish.

Habanero Hellfire Chili
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound bacon
1 pound ground round
1 pound ground pork
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
6 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
8 Anaheim peppers, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
3 ounces tomato paste
1 ounce chile paste
2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
Place bacon in a large soup pot. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess grease, leaving enough to coat bottom of pot Remove bacon, drain on paper towels and chop.
Brown beef and pork in pot over medium high heat. When meat is browned, stir in the bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, Anaheim peppers, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, bouillon, crushed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, beer, tomato paste, chile paste and water.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans and bacon and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.

make some chili , add the habenero,(finely diced)... DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU DID!! ,, ... invite people over for dinner and sit back and watch!!..... its comical i did this with some homemade salsa!!...OR... if ya know people that like raw jalepenos get a nice green habanero~ stuff it with cream cheese and tell people that its a miniature jalepeno or a baby jelepano.... and watch what happens...... hope this helps ya get some laughs

Make your own jerk marinade, but I say use it on pork. And cook it real slow. There are lots of good recipes online, but try Steven Raichlen's recipes for the marinade and the pork. Makes for some tasty sandwiches.
