Well I am personally not a cat, but assuming I could be and I think that It would be great to be a cat for a number of reasons, one being I could nap all day if I wanted, I could stay out all night if I wanted, I don't have to pay bills, I get fed by my master, I can sleep on the bed or on the ground or where ever I want, I can climb over fence after fence and see what's happenning in the next yard. I can claw you if I don't want to be held, I can crawl up on most people laps if I wanted to cuddle, and not get rejected, unless they are an animal hater, then that would not be pleasant.

Well, if you are in a good home, it's getting fed, petted and having your litter changed regularly, but mostly having loving "parents" to take care of you. Who wouldn't want that. You don't have to work for it, you just get to sleep and have grreat kitty dreams. But of course, you do have to eat cat food, so nobody said life was perfect.

With a little luck, someone will feed, house, and stroke you (and you don't have to live outside on a chain or in a kennel), but you can usually sneak around freely and quietly where you like, and at a pinch you can live independantly as any wild animal.

Cats were worshiped by Egyptians as gods-and they have never forgotten this.....also curiosity killed the cat-satisfaction brought him back--hehehe -meow!
