Mark 5:25-34
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
Virtue
Greek translation is power, strength
Other references to virtue going out of him:
Luke 6: 19
19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
Luke 8: 46
46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
It has to do with the priesthood. It wasn't that he was defiled. It was that the power of the priesthood to heal was used from his body to heal her body based on her faith.

I would say that a woman who had severe anemia (or something like it) after an issue of blood for that many years probably also suffered from terrible fatigue, and she was also probably spiritually fatigued by going through doctors who used up her financial means without really treating the root of the condition. When Jesus Christ, who had the Priesthood or the same power that God has, was touched by her, I believe that part of His power - whether it was actual physical or spiritual ions, or a measure of light that was invisible to mortal men - actually passed into her body and spirit. Light disperses in the darkness, as does heat in the cold night air without walls to keep it in one place. So the power of the Priesthood immediately flowed into the emptiness and fatigue she was feeling and filled it up. I myself have felt the strength that comes from even associating with men, who as true servants of God would have that Priesthood through a line of authority going back to Jesus Christ Himself, because I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I believe that my father and other worthy men have the right to use the Priesthood of God to bless others. On another note, I have noticed that when I am around non-Christians for an extended period of time, or around people who have been breaking commandments on a continual basis, I have a tendency to get tireder faster. Spiritual strength is actually a large function of physical strength, and it is important go back to the wells of salvation (anything about Jesus Christ with an attitude of reverence) to replenish oneself spiritually and physically. Have a happy day, and I send you a gummy bear.

First, if you are asking for clarify a section of the New Testament, please provide the references. I am assuming you are referring to Matt 9:18-26; Mark 5:21-43; Luke 8:40-56 (NIV).
Mark 5:30At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, "Who touched my clothes?"
Luke 8:46But Jesus said, "Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me."
From the Greek, Mark 5:30 The Jesus on-knowing (recognizing) in self the out of-him ability (power) out-coming (coming-out).
Luke 8:46: ... I for knew ability (power) having-out-come (having-come-out) from me.
Both verses use dunamis 1411 exerchomai 1831.
Dunamis is power in action, the power of God. This word is used in the following verses Matt 22:29, Matt 25:15, Mark 5:30, Mark 6:5, Mark 9:39, Mark 12:24, Luke 8:46, Luke 9:1, Luke 10:19, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8, Rom 9:17, 1 Cor 1:24, 1 Cor 4:19, 1 Cor 14:11, 1 Cor 15:24, 2 Cor 1:8, 2 Cor 8:3, 2 Cor 8:3, Eph 3:20, Php 3:10, 2 Ti 1:8, 2 Ti 3:5, Heb 7:16, Heb 11:11, Heb 11:34, 2 Pe 1:16, Rev 3:8, Rev 4:11, Rev 5:12, Rev 11:17, Rev 13:2, Rev 17:13.
exerchomai (used only in Mark 5:30, Luke 8:46) means to go or come forth of, with mention of the place out of which one goes, or the point from which he departs, of those who leave a place of their own accord. of those who are expelled or cast out.
Answer: Dunamis is the Greek word from which our words "dynamite" and "dynamic" come. Exerchomai means gone out. The phrase dunamis exerchomai means power in action gone out. See I Corinthians 4:20 "For the kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power"

I think it meant that the power to heal the woman transfered from Jesus to the woman, thus healing her. Jesus, being infinately poweful, cannot "run out" of power.

I really like Jesus. I like him alot. He's so neat.
The implications of this is: the woman was unclean. With that condition, she would not be allowed near the temple (women weren't allowed into the inner part of the temple anyway), and she would have been shunned sexually by her husband, for had they had any relations with her in that condition, he would then be also unclean, and not allowed into the temple. For someone like that to be touched by Jesus would mean that Jesus himself would not be allowed into the temple....she would have known all this before reaching out. Yet, still, she reached for him.
As unclean as we all are, to overcome that uncleanliness out of desperation, reach out to him...is a very brave thing, and will not go unnoticed by him.
Instead of rejecting and reviling what she did, he said: "Go, for your faith has saved you."

Simply that Jesus knew that someone had touched Him, and the woman consequently was healed.

The healing power of Jesus flowed from Him to her. He, being God, of course knew that.

I believe that it was a function of his body. Sorry for the crudeness, but like belching. You know it happened, because you felt it happen. I would think that, as part of his Spiritual existance, he would have felt it in a similar fashion.

I infrequently had intercourse throughout the time of my being pregnant, and afterwards I bled. Even after being stretched out slightly. each and every woman is diverse. it relatively is prevalent to bleed, and prevalent to no longer bleed.
