The Grand Caymans might be nice. You can also visit Sting Ray City while you are there and they have a turtle farm and losts of shops.

I am also upper midwest. Cozumel, Mexico. Go to Chakanaab National Park they charge a daily rate that's pretty reasonable.

my uncle has an indoor pool. its warm in there. i've snorkeled in it before. go to his website and email him if u want to go, he's out of the country for a few years but go to his website and email him and i will tell him to expect your email. www.massiveattack.com
