I am maybe 6 foot maybe a lil lower and I weigh 145lbs. I want to gain weight. I weight-lift daily and I just can't seem to grow! Any help greatly appreciated.

I eat like a super model.. I'm just not hungry. I use N-large II that has helped a little. I look too skinny! Seriously!

the reason why weight-lifting is not working for you is because you're not balancing your eating with it. u would need to eat certain amounts of food to notice a difference, otherwise you would hardly be gaining any muscles and it wouldnt help in increasing your weight. u cant just eat small portions of food a day. u hav to be able to eat three proper meals a day without regurgitating, and once u do that, you will start to see an improvement not only in your weight but in your work-outs

Looks like you sort of answered your own question. Weight lifting won't help unless you eat right. Don't eat like a supermodel--increase your calories (maybe by a lot!) and protein intake. Your body needs energy and protein in order to turn your weight lifting efforts into healthy weight gain. Good luck!

honey, commin from a fat girl. there is a healthy PHAT, eat peanut butter, or hummus, somthing with a high protien. Hummus has sesameseed oil in it making it a good Phat not a bad fat. Eat egg yolks, they will not give you a heart atack. You said you weight lift, are they free weights? Those will bulk you, rather then tone. Most inportant, don't force your body to be somthing it is not ment to be. if you're tall and thin be happy, that is a beautiful thing. As long as your healthy!

Add more protein to your diet. Protein is the building blocks for muscles. Also, give your muscles time to rest, expand and grow. To do this, alternate your exercise schedule. Lift weights every other day and do somekind of aerobic work out on your off day such as running or sports. Good luck.

Eat healthy foods that have lots of calories, like bananas, for instance.
