Me and my family are watching a movie ordered from the interent, but it's like scrtatched or something because it's impossible top watch. We looked at it, and there's a small scrtch, but it can't be the problem for watching the ENTIRE movie. Cuz the hwole movie is like ragged or something. We washed it a dozen times, with baby wipes, toothpase, dish soap, everything and it still doesn't work. It's not our DVD player because the other movies work fine. What's the problem and how can I fix it?

you can bring it to a DVD place that repairs DVD discs... other then that... your disc is junk...
bring it back to the place you ordered it from... file a complaint to the company... if they refused to help you, then call your credit card company, if you ordered it with one, there should some sort of purchase protection that can help you.

lol why u put this question in this section? lol clean the dvd players lense sometimes they act that way to certain disks just because of a dirty lense.. thats what i've found to be the problem a lot of the time this happens
