Your abs are probably great, just hidden under a layer of body fat. Lose the body fat and you'll have a six-pack.

Your body fat % might be too high. Crunches never did anything for me. Try using a boat fender I think they're called they are big spongy 8" cylinders put that at your lower back and have a dumbell on your chest then crunch pausing at top and bottom. That will help alot but deff. keep the diet clean!

just doing ab work will not give u more defined abs, itll just build the muscle under ur abs but they will still be covered in fat so u need to do cardio. do cardio + ab work and u will get results

cardio. You can do all the toning exercises you want but if you aren't doing the cardio to burn off excess skin, then, essentially, any toning work you've done won't be visible because it will be covered by the skin

Just working your abdominals will yield little results. If you combine a cardio workout-running, it is likely you'll see results.

run. running helps or you can do what I do and take ballet/dance. but you might not want to do that xp
