At my wedding reception, our song was "Everytime I close My Eyes" by Babyface. It was a wonderful song to have our first dance to. This was a year and a half ago, and still today I get teary-eyed when I hear it.
They also played a lot of Shania Twain.. From This Momen On and Still the One. A really good one is Making Memories of Us, by Keith Urban. We also danced to K-C and Jo Jo's All my Life.
If you have a DJ, chances are he will have any love song you want and more, you just have to meet with him beforehand and view his selection, and let him know any specifics you have to have.

Let It Be by the Beatles, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes by the Platters and Ooh Child by the Five Stairsteps.
By the way, i love acid punk rock and my favorite bands are the Casualties and Dead Kennedys. Goes to show how good a love song is.

I am getting married and we are still thinking about that. We love the Beatles and spent many hours when we first began dating listening to them, so it will probably be a Beatles song. I am thinking of, "Here, There and Everywhere."

How do I by Trisha Yearwood....and I can't think of the what it is called or who it is by but there is a fairly new country song that talks about waiting for the other....someone help me out....it's telling the story about how the wife would always wait for him....on christmas, for the birth of their son, in heaven, etc.

"At the Beginning" it is a song from the "Anastasia" soundtrack, sung as a duet. The singers names are Richard Marks and Donna Lewis.

on valentines day i discovered a beautiful song on the radio that was apparently played during a wedding on days of our lives. its called "valentine" or "my valentine" (seen either way) & its by martina mcbride (perfect huh?). its the one im declaring for my own wedding someday. check it out & good luck finding another to match up to mine!

At our wedding, we had my brother and sister duet "God Blessed the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts. They are both professional singers and it was beautiful.
