Only you can decide what gets you going. Try getting up earlier to get stuff done. Usually when your on fire in the morning it carries over throughout the day. Exercise also gives the body energy.

When I worked I left the house at 6am and returned at 4 pm. exhausted but I found out that if I sat down it was the end. So I forced myself to cook dinner and get the kids ready for bed. by that time I was so wide awake that I could put in a wash or do something I wasn't able to do before. You can't sit down after work.....

Its ok to relax after a hard day at work but make sure you get what you need to do done before you sit down. Once you sit down you are spent so keep moving and only sit when YOU are ready to relax not when it is ready to take over YOU

Hope it will help you.
This audio tape help me a lot driving to work or going home. "101 way to motivate yourself", by Steve Chandler. When I get to work or after work.
Two of the things that help me were, image the life you want to be. Picture yourself how you want to look in three months, or half a year. The second thing in this audio tape was clap your hand to motivate yourself to do something. These help me a lot after a long day of work. Going to the gym is not on my list, but once you get there; Clap your hands, means you want to do something or Cheer yourself to do it.
Another one is go on a seven day mental diet. When ever negative goes into your mind. Say to yourself, I will be positive for seven day. After the seven day, I feel better. And, when you are a positive attitude person. Everything you do or the people around you, you feel like doing more. LIKE WORKING OUT! This help alot when you are working 10 hours a day. Or, travelling four airport in two weeks.
One of the sport person that I look up to Lance Armstrong. Think of the time he was a world champaign, then he got Cancer. How he fight back. We want to look up to someone.
Finally, think of this. NO ONE is coming, to help you. You want to do something. Help yourself, everyone around you can only help you so much. It is up to yourself.
Good health is not only outside, it start from within.
Hope it help,
Cheers!

Try some green tea, they come in great flavors now. Also it might be what you are eating for lunch, or mid-afternoon snack. Or just check your diet altogether.
