Beef Jerkey, despite the sodium is very low in carbs and high in protein. Really, meat in general is low carb, high protein. To avoid fat, go with the white meats- fish and chicken (not breaded or fried). Skinless really. Vegetables aren't high protein. Nuts are high protein, and high fat. That's all I can offer. But I know it's the truth.

if you mean food, a chicken thigh or leg, beef patty, steamed fish. with bell pepper or cauliflower or broccoli
