so what does eye contact mean...and if it happens alot with you and another person, does it mean that they like you?

Eye contact means looking somebody in the eyes. It's a sign of respect, or at least somebody who intends to give the impression of respect.

Sometimes, but not always. Eye contact usually means to look the other person in the eye, at least some, while the two of you are talking with other. You don't want a stare down. It could be that this person was raised to have eye contact with the person they are talking with, or it could mean they like you. Not sure. Take care.

no this does not mean they like you. you will make eye contact with many different people throughout your life but not ever one of them will like you as more than a friend. But i will tell you this my ex. austin never made eye contact with me for more than a second. My boyfriend now , Alex, always looks into my eyes. Also when you ask somebody a quetion and they won't look you in the eye to answer it and they sound unsure about their answer then their probably lying to you, i'm just saying this from previous experiences. But then again not very many people now days can actually look you straight into the eye and mean what they say. so, yes probably if this person is always making eye contact with you, flirting with you. and you kinda have the feeling they might be into you, then yea that's probably what it means, but i'm not saying for sure, but that's just me.

Eye contact means eye contact.
If it happens and a person like you, great, however, people who are good communicators make eye contact with everyone they talk to.
Communicate with other people and notice eye contact goes on all the time.

in my opinion yeah, they like you. but it could also mean that they are trying to get to know you, see what your eyes tell them, the eyes can tell alot about someone. and eye contact can also mean they are taking you seriously, the don't think you are a joke. and if it happens alot, it might mean that you all have a good relationship, and he/she knows you are a very special person,

Eye contact is when someone meets eyes with you. It means they are confident and it may mean they like you but not necessarily.

looking into someones eyes - and no it doesnt necessarily mean that they like you they could just have good communication skills
