I get them a lot...and I dont know what causes them. Some people say its lack of sugar but even if I just ate a lot of sugar I might still get one. How do they feel for you? My vision becomes black and I get so dizzy that I have to fall on the floor or something. I also never get headaches. I dont know if they relate or not.

You should really see a doctor. Does anyone else in your family have black outs? If so, this could be a serious problem. There are a few things to worry about. The most serious is a condition called prolonged QT. It is a heart rhythm problem which can be serious. It is hereditary so most people have family members with it. Has anyone in your family died at a young age for a heart related problem? This condition can be one of the causes of young people dying spontaneously while exercising and etc. Do your symptoms occur right after your alarm clock goes off in the morning? There are also other reasons why it could be happening. The most common is usually dehydration in the young patient population, especially if they happen right after getting up fast. Could also be seizures, vasovagal syncope, or low blood sugar. Either way, get yourself checked out by a professional! I hope all goes well for you.

I have blacked out and fainted before. I got dehydrated on top be being overtired and stressed working out in the yard. Florida heat will get you! I came inside with a head ache, as I was pouring a glass of water I completely just fell to the floor unsure of what happened and all I saw was black. It was VERY scary but it taught me to take better care of myself. I fainted outside in the heat after being hydrated and in the shade for no reason. I was even drink sweet tea. It was werid. I just fell to the floor and woke up dizzy. It didnt help everyone was freakin out on me, scared I was diabetic or something. I felt like a idiot. lol I am not really afraid. I know that if I dont pay attention to my blood sugar or I am in the heat for more than 30 mins, its gunna happen. I just cant do the heat. ;) Its scary but you usually just live through it!

Get real... Black outs are not normal, see a doctor. OR... Like Professor Jelly Tot says, you are traveling back and forth through time when ever you black out.

I'm not a doctor, but I think you are from the future. Or the past.
