Hello,
Mix 1/2 cup of plain white vinegar with 1/2 cup of water pour in a spray bottle
Here is a simple solution for the smelly feet. After you bathe or shower dry your feed & spray your feet and between your toes with the vinegar solution. The smell is caused by a fungus and the Vinegar solution kills the fungus.
I know this works I use it. You will be so happy to have the smell gone. After the feet are smelling clean & fresh & you forgot about the spray. One day the smell might come back just start back with the simple spray. it works!

I have read where baking soda is good for this. I use it for several other smell areas haha, i use it a underarm deodorant and carpet deodoriser and in general it just absorbs smells really well while also neutralising bacteria and creating an environment on the skin that is hard for the bacteria to flourish. Suggest she lightly powder her feet with it after showering and sprinkle some in her shoes (and then lightly brush it out). You could be onto something there thinking that the lotion is making them stinkier, makes sense as the lotion would just make her sweat more and there could be products in there that really help the bacteria thrive. I think you should suggest she try look at the cause for her dry skin rather than trying to treat it at a symptom level, it could be her choice in footwear etc. It was abit cheeky of her to borrow your brand new shoes knowing she has a stinki foot problem.

First of all let sun hit your cheetah flats for a day, that way they'll loose the odour.
Your friend may actually be developing a fungus problem, therefore UV rays of sun will take care of your flats.
You don't want to get what your friend's going through.
Tell her to quit the lotion and buy some fungus talc at the drugstore... going to a doctor (dermatology) wouldn't be a bad idea.
Tell her to use the talc at least twice a day. It must be applied the feet, on the sole and between every space. It should also be applied into her socks and into her shoes twice a day.
She should wear at least during the first month shoes that allow the foot to get some ventilation (sandals are great).
Every time she takes a shower, she MUST dry her feet very well, they must be dry before putting on the talc. She must use a different towel only for her feet.
Tell her to use the talc for at least three months.
It has to be a talc against fungus.
Good luck.
Regards, Lifeguard.

I got this cream called LAVLIN from the Footsmart catalog and it's the best stuff! I'm sure you could search for it online, too. You put it on right after showering and before you go to bed. I just can't tell you how well it works. It keeps my feet dry and I wear socks, Nikes, and scrubs all day. My socks don't even smell! I'm still amazed! Did you know that foot odor doesn't come from the bacteria on our feet, but rather the waste material from the bacteria when it "eats" the sweat. Eeeeewwww!

Has she ever tried Baby Powder for her sweaty feet? Or putting ordinary Arrid Deoderant on her feet and then Baby Powder? Both can be used together or seperately. It's amazing how the powder will absorb excess sweat and the deoderant will help too from their smell.
Try it. She may find this to be more appealing, not only for herself but for you as well. Good luck and I hope this advice was helpful.

Get some Boric Acid Powder at a drug store or your local grocery, powder shoes with it and it will take care of any smelly foot problem, promise... it comes in a very small white bottle and is harmless, use it like a regular foot powder but just inside the shoes... take care.

You shouldn' t swamp your things with your friends(especially shoes & slippers!)It's bad for your own health. It will cause your feet become dry and your skin will break.I suggest you and your friend after putting the lotionon feet, don't wear anything.
