It all gets screwed up at Father Abraham. Muslims think Ishmael was the promised son, but clearly Isaac was. They also have many of the same Bible stories, but Mohammed "set the record straight" and got the whole series of events out of order in the Koran.
The Bible is solid and true and never proven wrong. The Koran is just the opposite.
So, to answer your question, not much. They believe their Allah to be our God, but they are sadly mistaken. Allah is an imposter god, Mohammed was an imposter prophet, and the Koran is an imposter 'holy' book. It just is what it is.....and they won't hear it at all...although there are many Muslims who have turned to the truth and are appalled that they ever believed that garbage in the first place. It is the snares of the father of lies.

Islam was invented to destroy Christianity, it has similarities because they needed something to hide behind..
Quran 9:5 "When the sacred forbidden months for fighting are past, fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, beleaguer them, and lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war."
Quran 5:17 "Verily they are disbelievers who say, The Messiah, son of Mary, is God.'"
