How do I get good looking nice and kind girls to notice me I kinda lack in the good looks dept.

wendy was right about the compliments and being yourself - my advice - start a conversation, make them laugh as someone else said - but most of all dont try to be someone your not - we will pick up on that and for a lot of us that is a major turn off. good luck

You're reaching for the stars, aren't you.
Looks aren't everything. You can charm a girl in many ways. A guy with a sense of humor, charming personality, and most importantly, a guy who smells good can definitely capture a lady's attention.
Again, looks aren't everything and more importantly, this goes both ways. Just because the girl isn't exactly attractive looking doesn't mean that they can't capture your attention either. Well, unless you're shallow. If so, good luck with yourself.

not all girls go for good looking men.. not all that gold glitters as they say... if you say you lack good looks.. you can compensate it with other good qualities that you have.. personally , i like guys who are funny ,witty , smart .. it would help if you are good in other stuff like sports ( they say men' s sweat are like pheromones for women) / music ( i like men who can play guitar shows their romantic) or arts . don't focus too much on what you lack and don't be too hard on yourself. You know women are insecure also in terms of the "good looks dept"

well if your confident enuf a good thing to do would to just start talking but not all suddenly
figure out a connection that you just realized about her (know one of her friends,siblings,or heard something 'bout her)
when you get into a casual conversation then show some interest but try to keep it as comfortable as possible
if your not confident at all...
...well than sorry man there's not much you can do
maybe if you have friends that are up there you can get them to introduce you to them ...
...otherwise there's not much you can do

it really depends on what the girl finds attractive. some may find funny guys attractive, others like smart ones, others still enjoy sweet and kind guys, too. kinda general advice but hope it helps

Learn to play either the piano or the guitar. Girls seem to see past all the other crap when you can play an instrument.

Be funny, but don't over-do it. Be nice too, and don't be immature. All the guys where I live are, and let me tell you, it's the BIGGEST turn-off ever.
