No offense, but at 4 weeks old it should still be with its mother.

At 4 weeks she should still be on her mom. If there is no way that she can be with her mother, she should be on a milk supplement. I have done this with several of my puppies. They sell puppy milk replacer at Wal-Mart or Pet-Smart. You should feed her about every 2 hours. With a pit bull, you should be able to use a regular baby bottle. I would suggest a 4 ounce bottle rather than an 8 ounce, cuz she will probably only drink about 2 ounces at a time. Once she is about 6 or 7 weeks old, you can start weaning her. I usually use canned puppy food mixed with some of the milk replacer, gradually increasing the mixture to mostly food and less milk replacer until it is all food. This will help decrease the chance of diarrhea from changing foods. You may still see some loose stool while she is on the replacer. Hope this helps.

why have u got a dog away from its mother at only 4 weeks of age?! i know this isnt an answer 2 ur question, but i feel that i need 2 say it! sorry 2 offend, but u REALLY shouldnt have a pup at 4 weeks. they shouldnt b taken from their mum till at LEAST 8 weeks!
ps- milk has lactose and dogs are lactose intollerant so pls dont give it milk. give it fresh, clean water.
oh, and pls add more details... tell us how much u r feeding it already and what it is that u r feeding it and i shall help u with an answer. sorry if u think im being rude, im honestly not trying to be... i'm just shocked that anyone could sell a 4 week old pup...

You feed her mother's milk whenever she is hungry. Don't give her cow milk. No puppy has any business being separated from it's mother and litter until a bare minimum of 8 weeks old. This is when your puppy develops bite inhibition and socialization, not to mention manners.

I want to assume the only reason this pup is separate from Mom her siblings is because Mom died or rejected her. Those are the only reasons anybody should have a 4 week old pup.

Do not feel cow's milk, they can't metabolise it. Do consult with your vet ASAP for instructions.
