I've been hearing that Herbel Essences is a very good shampoo brand but they last time I tried it, it gave me a rash on the back of my neck. I know there is a new kind but did they change the actual shampoo at all or just the bottle design?

maybe you are sensitive you can use other shampoo

Not that I know of but maybe you didn't wash it totally off? Or you could be sensitive to an ingredient in it. Read the label to see if anything rings a bell. Otherwise I would lean towards not washing it totally off or maybe some other product was sprayed on your neck?

no. they just changed there look and added a new line. its still the same old herbel essences but with a new look.

it didnot change it just changed its look but i use herbal esscence it didnot give me rash it made my hair look good
