Did someone up there above me actually say the contribution of minorities was negligible? Did you skip school when they taught about SLAVERY and the CIVIL WAR? Ever heard of those two little pieces of history? Our country fought a civil WAR because WHITE people wanted to keep SLAVES to work the land they had STOLEN from the Natives because after they STOLE IT they were too LAZY to work it themselves. There are remnants of 500 nations in the Americas that would say that the U.S. and Canada were founded by INVADERS, not immigrants. It all depends on your point of view.
