I,ve known him for a year now, and I've been watching him pretty close. He seems to be okay talking to all of the other women in the league, but blushes bright red whenever we talk. I once heard from a mutual friend that the feeling was mutual & we were hot for each other, but then nothing happened. He tries to act like he doesn't notice me, but I overheard his friend say "here she comes..." once when he was looking at me and thought I did'nt hear??? So why are guys so hard to read anyway??

blue eye, ask him out, he is scared of rejection, he is afraid that if he asks you out that you might shy away from him, that's an unbearable loss to him

he wants to get in your pants real bad. just do him and then he'll stop. make sure you cuddle afterward, it'll really loosen him up.
