A person at my school drove me home from school once, and saw my house, and now every time they see me they say something like "you and your mansion", or "your huge house". They don't say it in a mean way, but I am never sure how to respond, because if I were to deny the comment, they would know I was trying to be modest, and say something like "yeah, right!"?
I am so confused.

Here are some suggestions:
"Rich in materialism doesn't equate to with rich in spirit."
"Sugar coating on the outside doesn't always mean sugar filling on the inside."
"It's just stuff. It's not love, not friendship or any of the other things that may be just as cherishable or more meaningful."
"You're rich too, just not in the ways you think I'm rich."

Just smile and say nothing. It sounds like a compliment and really, you're not rich, it's your parents financial success your friend is commending..

you should not have to feel ashamed that you are more fortunate than your friends. Afterall, you like them not for what they have but who they are and vice versa.
I would just say something like " yeah, it's just a house. My dad does "ok" and brush it off. they should accept your modesty as a virtue and not tease you. if they continue to tease, tell them that it makes you feel uncomfortable.
if they are your friends.. they will understand and stop.

Just shrug and say "Yes, we do OK", and change the subject.
