You have to be more specific. Such as, "HS girls who want to go to college and major in early child development." Probably more specific than that. Girls who are at risk but have high potential in the field of hairdressing, or such. specific races, religions, sexual orientations, etc. who go to college and need help buying books or supplies. Also, girls who were in girl scouts or who term out of foster or group homes or whose father or mother died in war or such. Otherwise you are just throwing money at teen girls with no benefit whatsoever. You can set up a fund through a school district, a school or a private scholarship fund. Or you can donate yearly to an established fund. But if you don't have a specific reason to do so it is a waste of money you could spend on tutoring and mentoring a specific girl who is at risk.

do you have some money to put towards this? that would be the most important ingredient. some colleges will administer an annual scholarship if you give them a certain amount of money up front, and also some banks do the same.
