I NEED A DIAGRAM OF A CARB FOR A 1989 JEEP LAREDO ITS A FUEL INJECTED SYSTEM.4.0 L ON START UP THE VEH. IDLES FINE BUT AS IT WARMS UP IT STARTS TO REV UP REAL BAD UP TO 2000 RPM. IS THERE A SIMPLE ADJUST MENT OR IS THERE A SENSOR THAT NEEDS REPLACED, I TRIED TO ADJUST THE IDLE SCREW BUT IT CHANGES NOTHING.I LOOKED INSIDE CARB WHEN IT IS RUNNING AND THE BUTTERFLY IS CLOSED.I WAS TOLD THERE IS A SENSOR ON OR IN THE CARB THAT REGULATES THIS. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

first of all, if it is fuel injected, there is no carburetor.

It sounds like it could be the throttle position sensor or the mass air flow sensor. I would focus on these two items.

Look for a vacuum leak first maybe a hose has a break in it or where it slips on to a vacuum port it's broken or off. If everything there is OK i would suspect an idle air control motor (IAC) with controls engine rpm by changing the amount of air allowed through the throttle body.
