What does it mean when a guy i'm seeing constantly talks about the sex he had with other girls. He hasn't been with anyone for 3 yrs.

He likes what he's experiencing but like any person experiencing something new, he can't help but to compare it and relate it to similar experiences of his past. That's all you can be sure it "means". If you're incapable of not taking the subject personally, and if it bothers you that he shares details of his sex history, then politely tell him so.

When you say "the guy I'm seeing" ... does that mean you are dating him? Because you also said he hasn't been with anyone for 3 years.
If you are dating him, I think you are crazy and you need to dump him lol! If he's just a friend that you like ... well single guys have sex too.

That means he wants to have sex with you and is wondering why you don't get it. Then he can stop talking about sex with THEM and start talking about the sex he had with YOU.
