I'm going on a diet this summer, but its not a regular diet. im jsut gonna try to eat healthier and not so much junk food, also to get good exercise. do yall have any good food/exercise suggestions?

I try to drink alot of water. And when I get hungry, snack on like a banana (REALLY GOOD FOR YOU) or carrots... After awhile, it will just start coming natural to try to eat healthier. It works for me!
