i m reading this book, it says the process to really get over, the first time is to "re experience" the love you had with your ex....it says it is painful..but the pain doesnt last long..and it is part of the healing heart process. I have doubt if it really helps, anyone reads this book before and what do you think? i have a very upset breakup and I m just trying to help myself.

Why questions it - it can only work for you if you want it too.

Reexperiencing events can be very helpful for getting over them because it helps you to see the truth in the relationship.

n a breakup situation people tend to idealize the relationship to the point of obsessing on how great it seemed to be but it probably was not really as great as you think you remember it to be.

Just try it - it can help.

I continuously theory that call is relatively severe. It should not be pronounced that we are so a great way aside that we basically won't be in a position to understand one yet another. yet i easily won the e book and that i easily examine it. The purpose relies on the theory that we are able to understand one yet another regardless of diverse adjustments. i think of it has some stable issues.
