Is it a free puppy, you just send them a money order to cover shipping? If it is walk away NOW, it is a scam! There have been many ads lately for free puppies that are usually expensive breeds that you just pay shipping and the people that have them are missionaries in Cameroon. You will send them a money order and never receive your pup.
To answer your question, I think that shipping is around $400 and they are quarantined for at least 14 days. But you would have to check with the airlines and USDA to find out for sure.

Are you aware of the well-known Cameroon scams that are going around now? Hope you haven't sent anyone any money for a puppy, sight unseen.....
