This guy I like is very easy to talk to. The whole reason why he doesnt have a girlfriend rite now is because he thinks iit is pointless because college is right around the corner and i agree. I really want him to ask me to prom.
For prom do girls /guys go alone?
like i kno 3 other girls who are going alone . . should i still go? oo n ^ he said he is going to prom alone.

Going alone is not such a bad thing. Or get a big group to go together no dates. I took a date to both senior and junior prom and it ended up kinda boring. The guy I went with junior year didn't want to dance so I was out dancing with my girlfriends and some other guys, he wasn't my boyfriend, but he was mad and made the whole night miserable. Then senior prom I went with my best friend because my boyfriend lived in another city too far away but he decided to suprise me and showed up and the two guys got into a fight. Sometimes dates just make things a bit more complicated. It can be funt to just be able to dance with who they want to. If you don't have a boyfriend it's the best way to go, cuz if you have a boyfriend no one needs to do any asking right?

just walk up 2 the guy and ask him if he will go 2 prom with u. IF he says no then just go with a bunch of ur friends and have a blast. Most ppl dont go 2 proms alone, cuz it looks really stupid unless u got an amazing lie 2 tell.

If you really like this guy you should really go alone because then you wouldn't be insulting your partner, if you ended up dancing all night with this guy that you like. I had a niece who went alone because she couldn't find anyone tall enough to ask her, so she went with her parents and she danced the night away with her father and anyone else that asked her. She had a ball.

Well if he said he's going alone.....then he's going alone lol...its pretty simple.
Yes, I knew plenty of people who went alone, I didn't even go to my prom...just because I hate dancing/dressing up.

Going to the prom 'stag' is fine. Don't feel you have to go as a couple. Meet your friends there and have a ball.

dont go to prom alone. if you have to ask a guy to go with you just as friends. you will regret not going, adn you will regret going alone.

You don't have to wait for him to ask you, you should ask him. And if you did go alone, there's nothing wrong with that either.

How about ask him? Just say, you were thinkin of going stag, and you know he was thinking of it too, and why not carpool?
