If it draws you closer to Him and His saving grace which is Believing in Him, repenting of our sins, and being baptized in His name for the forgiveness of all of our sins, recieving the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in an unknown language to help you overcome your sinful nature then you could say that it is God that inspired!! God can speak to us in all things. It depends on how hard we are looking. It seems to me, by your question, you are looking. Now is the time to experience Him. Just follow His Plan, you will never regret it!!
