My bf recently asked me why i loved him we was just joking around i guess. I just said becouse I know i love him but i cant explain to him why.

The meaning of love is different things to different people. Some people say love is a feeling you get that when you are near someone that makes your heart skp a beat.
Love to me, though is being able to looking her (his, if you're a girl) and knowing and feeling in your heart that this person and you are meant ( by God, Fate, Destiny or whatever you call it) for that other person. That other person makes you feel something that no one made you feel before. You just know you are meant to be together...

Honestly that is the best thing in a relationship from what i think! If you can't explain why you love him than it is because you love every little thing about him, you couldn't possibly simplify it. I have been in love way too many times to say that i know what the meaning of love is but i do know what it isn't. If you have to remind yourself why you love the person, than is it really love? Love should come natural it should just be there no reason, because you are either meant to be together or you just have something that can last awhile. That is really all that i can help you with, i don't know you and your bf so i can't really explain anymore, hope i was some help. -Anna

there is no real meaning of love. It changes with each individual. But the better question would have been 'why are you with me or intrested in me'. Like what do you see in him that attracts you to him? Those are reasons behind why you love him.

ive only been in lust ...:( but im guessing the feeling can not be explained...maybe its like you feel your life will never be the same with out that person in it :/
