It depends on how you are sitting... you are most likely
pinching a nerve.... you may be sitting to long (I am assuming that this might be new to you) or you may need a new position. They also sell benches and special chairs and pillows for meditation that might help.

Warmth: This effect is almost universal. As one relaxes in meditation, one's blood vessels dilate. The dilatation of the blood vessels has the same effect as drinking wine. The whole body warms up, and some people could even get very hot to the extent of perspiring profusely. The danger now is not to catch a cold when you finish with your meditation. Clothe yourself adequately before you go to sleep, if it is your sleeping time.

You are sitting in one position for too long. It sounds like you are either pinching a nerve, or cutting off circulation to one of your legs. You are experiencing a muscle cramp, and need to either change position, or stretch, or both.

It could be the position that you are sitting. I pray that you are meditating on the Word of the Lord? Anything else is a no-no.

in your meditations are you conjuring demons? or pinching a nerve. If you think it could be a demon use the name of Jesus and tell it to leave you and never return! And it will, if you use the name of Jesus!
