iTunes will delete iPod music library when a different library is used.

I am not very familiar with itunes/windows or mac but I know my father uses two computers to manage his music, all he does is set the music copy/ sync feature to manually so he has to manually add his music to his ipod instead of using auto sync.. hope this helps!

Unfortunately, doesn't work that way. You can use 2 ipods with one computer but not 1 computer for 2 ipods that way. Your best bet is to choose the computer with fewer songs on it, burn them to disk or copy them to an external hard drive and then upload them to iTunes on the other computer with more songs. Then sync the whole thing. Hope that helps.

You will have to load the software that came with your ipod into each computer
