Well hey, where do i start? im 16 i weigh about 22 stone.. But im 6'2 so it doesnt show i weigh that much. I'm going to start loosing weight proply now. Im connected to a gym and i will be going Monday / tues / wednesday / friday. 6:30am - 7.30am. Im going to stay on the Bike machine for 1hour straight. I'll be doing a 2mile walk everynight.. I lost 1 stone in 1 week once! i couldnt believe it... what it is.. i need to know what to eat.. the exercise isnt a problem. Please someone help me! im not going to leave my real name or any of my details...

That's great about the exerccise...keep at it! But to lose weight, you'll need to focus on the eating, as well. Write down all of the calories that you eat and try to stay 400-500 calories under your BMR each day (see calculator below). For every 3500 calories you'll lose a pound of fat. With all that exercise, you should be able to lose 2 pounds per week. Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you are serious, and you are willing to take two weeks of your life, to change your current eating habits FOR GOOD, you can lose about 10% of your weight in 2 weeks --- AND KEEP IT OFF, and KEEP LOSING until you reach your goal.

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........

Good on you for deciding to watch your weight but loosing a stone in a week isn't too healthy. I know that at sliming clubs 1lb a week is sensible so take care.

As for what you can eat - why don't you join Weight Watchers as they tell you what to eat when - I think you can join on the internet or at least find where your local club is held.

hi well i lost about a stone in a week once as i had samenella,that was the only good thing that came good with it.lol. how did you lose a stone the first time as that sound great! i am sure once you start going to the gym then the weight will just drop off good luck. x

Well sweetheart i dont believe in diet's, they dont work, FACT. A stone in 1 week is too much for anyone to loose. I think you should eat whatever you want in smaller portions but eat lot's of fruit and veg if you can.

Always have vegetables on give. Saute a big bag regarding frozen mixed vegetables in coconut oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or perhaps turmeric for additional flavor as well as separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

Distracted dining could possibly get you in trouble. Avoid eating in front of a television or in a cinema, as you're bound to consume more calories.
