Should I take him back?

Ok So I have been dateing this guy for about a year.. maybe a little bit more then a year but the thing is I thought he was cheating on me with this chick because they were saying "I love you" and **** but then he said he was drunk and put her pictures into his profile.. now he is saying "yea I cheat" and he is soo sorry and stuff... should I take him back or what.. what should I do??
