24 hour fitness. if you go to another state chances are there is one you can go to.

I picked 24 hours. But I started when I worked graveyard. THis was convenient for me since I go at odd hours. I t depends on your habit and where you live. The one in Puente Hills is the best 24 hours, but I've seen some bad ones too. I think LA Fitness, their place are for more standardized. You get free passes once in a while for 24 hours. Check it out and see how you like it.

24 hour fitness.... it is never too crowded.... and you can go in the middle of the night or even 3 am . i love it...!
