I was playing indoor soccer today and someone kicked my right foot pretty hard. This afternoon it started getting ocassional cramps, but by 7pm I had horrible cramps that wouldn't go away that hurt so intensely it made me want to scream. My foot then started swelling and twitching a little bit. The cramping has went away, but it still doesn't feel quite right. Does anyone have any idea as to what I've done to my foot?

If it's swollen, use the RICE method - Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Ice will help shrink the swelling and it will absolutely help the pain. It's either badly bruised or something is broken - you may have to see a Dr. and get an Xray to be sure. For now, take an anti-imflammatory, like Advil, keep it elevated and see if it's better in the morning. If not, please see a doctor.

Drink water for flushing the swelling
Have a couple swigs of molasses of a couple of bananas for the cramps
Learn more about muscles
Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Trigger points are knots in the muscles making them tight which in turn causes them to apply pressure to nerves and other places.

Cramps are due to loss of body fluids and prevention is best. However in your cause it is also injured and hence causing more pain. You could have gone for some gentle massage, warm water bottles , and may be some physical activities not causing more aggravation
