I've been dating this guy for a few months, but every time it seems he's ready for a committment, he pulls back. He says he'd be really paranoid to be my boyfriend, because I attract alot of attention from men. I seriously dont dress provocatively or flashy, PLUS, I live in new york city, where men hit on every girl that walks down the street. How do i make him see that i dont care about anyone else, and that i wont leave him for the next thing that comes along?

Tell him you just like the attention and that you thought it was a turn-on for him to see you being hit on or something.

Just always give him your undivided attention. Many men love to have a beautiful girl by their side, it's almost like a trophy to some men. However, your boyfriend sounds a little insecure right now. After time, he will realize you only have eyes for him, and he won't be threatened by it anymore. He needs to trust you...and your love, and forget about what other men want...when he already has it.

Yes, they certainly do. Guys are in competition with each other to find mates and the guy you've been dating may be afraid that some other guy will pull you away from him. Men do get their hearts broken and this is probably what he is afraid of.
