I really like this guy and I dont know what to do. We have been friends for a while but I kinda liked him before. What do I do??

Try this. When you talk with him, give very subtle little smile and alwasy make deep eye contact. Sometimes look at his lips for a moment while he talks (just make sure he is looking at you)
Rememebr to smile softly.
