but flirts with you,like makes eye contact,laughs with you,takes an interest in what you say,tells you about himself and does nice things for you when you do nice things for him.does this mean he is attracted to you but just doesn't tell you or he isn't attracted to you at all.

Funny you ask this question. I wondered the same thing years ago, because my then fiance, never ever told me I was pretty, hot, beautiful...nothing. One time we were in a discussion and I brought it up to him. I came out and asked if he didn't think I was attractive. He said of course he did. I then asked him how come he has never told me so, and his response floored me. He said that he didn't want me to get a big ego, and then leave him for another man. I've been with him for 25 years now. Although, he rarely still says it, I know in my heart he believes I am, so I don't worry about it. I still think his reasoning was strange...and I still wonder if this was just a "man" thing. I guess some men think a lot and say little.

He is attracted to you.It is his way of letting you know he is attracted and that he likes you.As far as him saying that you are attractive,most men think that if they do nice things for you,interested in who you are and,what you do and say,that alone should let you know that you are.That is a common mistake that us men make.You shouldn't have to ask him,but in order to find your answer,you may have to be direct and ask him.

It depends. How close is your friendship? If it's close close, then he's attracted. Unless you have something he wants. For example, my Ex was attracted to me cause I had a bigger chest than the rest of the girls in my class. (Gd.8)
